Limited Warranty

Motionics, LLC warrants any devices to be free of all defects in material and workmanship for one year from date of shipment to buyer.

This warranty does not apply to any costs, repairs, or services for the following:

  • Repairs necessitated by use other than normal operational use.
  • Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, accidents, alterations, improper installation, or other external factors.
  • Corrective work necessitated by repairs made by anyone other than a Motionics, LLC authorized service technician.
  • Mishandling during shipment of the device.

Extended Warranty

Motionics, LLC offers an Extended Warranty that furthers your coverage to 3 years from the original shipment date of the device, not including additional accessories purchased, and adds up to 2 coverages of accidental damage, each subject to a reduced service fee plus applicable tax. Service fees are reduced prices for repairing or replacing the device covered only by the Extended Warranty.

Accidental damage coverage from handling only applies to an operational or mechanical failure caused by an accident from handling that is the result of an unexpected and unintentional external event (i.e. damage caused by dropping or liquid contact from spills) that arises from the buyer’s normal usage of the covered product as intended for such covered products.

Warranty Prices and Service Fees  

Previous customers, who made the purchase within the last 365 days, can still add the Extended Warranty for your device(s). You will need to have the device model name(s) and Device ID(s) that you want the warranty to cover. The device ID can be found on the device box. After purchasing the separate Extended Warranty, you will be required to fill out a warranty registration form that will be emailed or click on link to directly register here: Registration Form

All charges for coverage shall be non-refundable after 30 days from receipt. If you cancel the Extended Warranty within the first 30 days after receipt and have not made a claim, you will receive a full refund of the price of the Extended Warranty.

Any postage, insurance, or shipping charges incurred in returning the product for service are the responsibility of the purchaser.

After Motionics, LLC has received the Covered Product, a Motionics, LLC representative will do one of the following:

  • Service or repair the covered product to conform to the applicable warranty.
  • Replace the covered product with goods those are identical or reasonably equivalent to the warranted goods.
