Description
BluePSI is a wireless pressure sensor used for the measurement of liquid or gas pressure as well as temperature measurement. These Bluetooth-enabled pressure sensors, with the help of our free software, allow you to continuously monitor pressure in multiple locations simultaneously on your iOS, Android, or Windows device.
It has high accuracy (±0.25%FS), has a long battery life (up to 2 years with a coin battery), and is IP67 rated for high resistance to water and dust exposure. Most importantly, it eliminates the need for hard wiring and manual data logging thanks to its Bluetooth Low Energy wireless connectivity.
With MultiGage, our free app/software for iPad, iPhone, Android, and Windows, users can continuously and wirelessly monitor pressure conditions at multiple locations at once. BluePSI also works with a few of our application-specific software programs.
Not only can you connect to the devices wirelessly through Bluetooth within the transmission range, but you can also use our IoT platform, MultiGage Cloud, to monitor real-world pressure readings from anywhere.
All models of BluePSI allow you to view and record real-time readings and have a data-logging feature that lets you view past readings, as well.

Wireless Connectivity

Data Logging
Along with streaming real-time readings, BluePSI2-XXX-02 models log data internally. Users can simply start data logging on the device and come back later to fetch data logged in onboard memory all at once in a batch. The data logging feature provides a new solution for use cases where it’s inconvenient to leave a receiving smart device or PC, or it’s difcult to maintain a connection throughout the data collection session.
MultiGage Software
MultiGage has a variety of features, such as simultaneous reading of multiple devices, data plotting, continuous or single data point recording, max, min, and TIR measurement, remote zeroing from the app, GO/NG judgment with green/red color indication, real-time cloud data streaming worldwide (iOS only), a custom formula calculator (iOS only), a large analog probe meter with adjustable range, data saving in local database and export in CSV via email and cloud drives, and Apple Watch support . Multi-Gage Capability
You can connect wirelessly to multiple BluePSI gauges, and you can connect to multiple Motionics gauge types at once, such as wireless dial indicators or wireless force gauges.
Cloud Capability
By connecting Bluetooth gages to a MultiGage Cloud Gateway, you can view real-time readings and reading history from anywhere by logging onto the MultiGage Cloud portal on any web browser. You can also set notifications that can alert you to a sensor disconnection, low sensor battery, or the reading falling out of a set threshold.
MultiGage Cloud Features
MultiGage Cloud provides a variety of features to make remote monitoring easier, including multiple sensor connectivity, customizable dashboards, smart alerts and notifications, reading history access, remote sensor controls, and easy overall asset monitoring with diferent analytic tools such as treemaps, map view, and summary view. MultiGage Cloud is a subscription-based platform.
Temperature Sensing
Some models of BluePSI (BP2-XXX) have an internal temperature sensor to wirelessly measure and record temperature, as well as pressure.
