Description
VibraTestPro is a vibration analysis tool on iPhone/iPad. It reads and processes vibration signal from Motionics wired 2-CH kit accelerometers and single channel kit accelerometer via lightning port or Motionics VibeSense wireless accelerometer via Bluetooth Low Energy.
VibraTestPro features an ISO10816-based vibration meter, real-time TWF and FFT spectrum viewer, vibration signal recorder and local vibration data manager.

Detailed Vibration Severity Bar
The user can set up custom thresholds to test based on other industrial standards. An enlarged severity bar with four color zones is also available for better viewing during the test.
Real-time TWF & FFT Viewer
VibraTestPro features a real-time TWF & FFT spectrum viewer to display collected vibration signals in time, waveform, and FFT spectrum on iPhone and iPad. 2-CH signals are simultaneously displayed in the interactive signal viewer with plenty of customizable graph appearance options: background color, line color, line thickness, and dynamic grids. The user can pan to move and pinch to zoom in & out of the graph.
Spectrum Configuration Options
Based on the users’ needs, the FFT spectrum can show vibration readings as acceleration or velocity, in metric or imperial units, and also in full screen. Axes can be configured to be linear or log scale. Vibration signal information displayed, including overall RMS, major frequency, and top 5 peaks, can be turned on and of.
Spectrum Cursors
VibraTestPro has various types of cursors to facilitate signal analysis.
- The peak cursor works in auto mode to detect the local high peak automatically, and manual mode allows the user to move around and sense peaks by hand.
- The user can turn on two movable distance cursors to capture amplitude and frequency diference of two points in the spectrum
- Harmonic cursors can be enabled to show vibration harmonics. The user has the choice to manually enter 1x frequency or to let the spp automatically detect 1x frequency
- Sideband cursor with options to define center frequency; number of sidebands and frequency interval is another useful tool for spectrum analysis and diagnosis

Raw Vibration Signal Recording
Users have the option to record raw vibration signals on VibraTestPro with diferent sampling rates. Recording is stopped manually by the user or stops automatically after reaching a predefined signal length. Recorded readings can be saved to a local data manager to access later or exported in a CSV/WAV for further analysis.
Local Data Manager
Records from the vibration meter, spectrum viewer and raw data recorder can be saved in a local data manager to access in the future. The data manager uses a Plant-Machine-Test Point structure to help users to quickly locate a testing record. From the data manager, users can add machine images, test notes, view ofine spectrums and export vibration signals.
