The PileSense App is a dedicated iPad application built to simplify and improve pile and plate load deflection testing in the field. Designed specifically for use with Motionics PileSense wireless deflection gauges, load cells, and pressure sensors, the app enables fully wireless testing that reduces setup time, minimizes human error, and delivers faster, clearer results. By connecting all wireless gauges to a single interface, the PileSense App captures synchronized readings in real time throughout the test process. Whether you are monitoring load application, holding stages for creep testing, or unloading, data is automatically recorded and organized so you can focus on the test rather than manual data collection.
The app supports continuous auto capture mode for complete data logging, as well as manual capture mode for recording measurements at specific design load intervals. Built in tools such as automatic average deflection calculations, hold time timers, and auto generated load deflection plots help users quickly interpret results and make informed decisions on site.
