Motionics wireless crankshaft deflection test kit is a one-box solution to measure and detect deflection in a crankshaft and prevent wear and tear.
It has never been easier to measure the crankshaft deflection. Now you can read and take deflection measurements wirelessly, without getting covered in dirt and grease or putting your safety at risk. With Motionics wireless crankshaft test kit, you can measure crankshaft deflection with just a few simple taps on a screen.
Motionics crankshaft kit software marks the points on the crank webs when you need to measure the deflection at each required angle. It then takes the readings from wireless standard dial indicators included in the kit and records those readings on an iPad, which you can export as a CSV via email for later processing.
Motionics Wireless Crankshaft Deflection Test Kit provides an all-in-one solution for deflection measurement by including a Motionics Bluetooth crankshaft gage (a wireless dial indicator with a built-in tilt angle sensor), an adjustable probe, and an extension rod set to cover various crankshaft web gaps, from 160 mm to 720 mm. It also includes a charging cord and adapter for the rechargeable dial and a protective carrying case for the whole set.
The Motionics iOS app, Crankshaft Deflection Test Wireless, that works with the wireless crankshaft deflection kit, is free to download on the App Store.
