BlueDial Bluetooth Dial Indicator

BlueDial integrates Bluetooth Low Energy technology with a Mitutoyo digimatic dial indicator. It keeps the benefits of high-precision Mitutoyo devices, absolute measurement, high resolution, high accuracy and a high- quality build, while improving on the dial with Bluetooth capability. Thanks to the built-in Bluetooth transmitter, users can now remotely view and record measurement readings on their smart device or Windows PC, enhancing safety and efficiency in hush working conditions.

BlueTak Bluetooth Tachometer

BlueTak adds Bluetooth capability to a handheld tachometer to measure rotor rotation speed (RPM). It can be used for both contact and non-contact measurements. In non-contact mode the tachometer measures RPM up to 99,999 RPM at distances up to 13 feet or 500 cm. It can also measure contact RPM, surface speed, or length using the supplied screw-on adapter up to 25,000 RPM. Readings are wirelessly transmitted to the iOS/Android/Windows receiving device, eliminating human errors and safety risks during data collection.

ShakerWatch Shaker Vibration Analyzer

ShakerWatch is an advanced iPad-based vibration analysis tool for vibratory screens and shale shakers. It features a wireless tri-axial accelerometer to capture shaker vibration and motion in a fast and safe way. The ShakerWatch iPad app performs X-Y orbit test with auto-calculated RPM, G force, stroke and angle. Bump test, side displacement and support structure vibration tests can also be conducted within the app. After each test, the operator can view and generate a PDF test report, to include test calculation results, graphs, machine photos and notes, with a simple button tap.
